Cool, i have some suggestions

ok you should use tweens in your flash.

Motion tween- moves an object from one place to another. (only moving a nonchanging object)
Shape tween- changes an object into a new object (shape to a different shape
or changing color/size)
(a = keyframe)

right click on one of the frames inbetween the keyframes and choose option "insert tween"

a motion tween is a blue line that apears in the middle of the frames & a motion tween is a green line.

to change the types of tweens use the properties bar at the bottom (flash 8).

i noticed you have individual frames for the text, shape tweens will make it easier and make it run more smoothly.

very good for a first movie

I am working on my first few movies too and i have to admit my first one doesnt even have a background color =/ i dont understand how people make those really long ones. Gtg keep animating your very good at it.
